Q: Our parts are shiny and reflective. Can it see them? Yes. Latest-generation PhoXi 3D Scanner Gen3 optics return clean, complete point clouds on the shiniest stamped aluminum and mirror-finish steel - the surfaces that defeat ordinary vision.

Q: Our bins are beat up and out of spec. Does that break it? No. The system detects and measures the real bin and adapts its collision models to where it actually is. About 85% of bins in the field are out of spec; this is exactly what we're engineered for.

Q: What does the ROI look like? One platform handles many jobs, so the cost spreads across more of the plant and payback accelerates. We'll model cycle time, labor savings, and uptime on your actual line in a feasibility study.
